Months ago, they came out when our AC wasn’t working and got it fixed at fair price.
Then just this past week, we were sorta hit by lightning and came out to make sure all was okay and not fried. They were kind and didn’t bristle at the many questions/requests.
My Generac Generator failed to transfer power back to utility after a power outage in our neighborhood leaving us without electricity at 11pm on a Saturday night. Thompson Electric was the only company with a person answering the phone Sunday morning. Mike followed through on all promises for prompt service and Wayne restored our electricity and resolved the generator issue. Professional, courteous service at a very reasonable price.
