The BiltRite representative arrived when scheduled and was friendly. He was very thorough and explained things briefly as he did his inspection. After the inspection, went over everything in detail. He explained the difference between what needed replacement and what need maintenance or repair. He also gave us 2 and 3 suggestions for companies for each item that needed some attention. He took the time to answer my questions and help us to feel more comfortable with the entire inspection report. We would definitely recommend BiltRite to others and use them again for any inspections we need in the future.
Michael was very efficient and took his time to walk me through each issue he found. I could clearly tell he knew what he was doing by how in depth he went on the inspection. Very friendly and the next time I need an inspection I will absolutely use Biltrite again.
