While I haven’t actually used their services, I wanted to write a review on their excellent, honest character and customer service. We were having an issue with a bedroom in our house being 4-5 degrees cooler in the winter than other rooms, so I was looking for potentially an infrared scan and called LL Spencer to look into the service. While they did say that was certainly a service they offer and gave me a quote for the room, I was forwarded to the owner directly for expertise and advice. Mr Spencer was timely (which is rare these days), professional, and thorough. He was here about an hour and treated us with respect and courtesy. I will recommend his to anyone needing a home inspection.
We have used L&L for all of our inspection needs. Most recently for a WDO inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy. Upon arrival, He is professional and thorough. I appreciate that he keeps up on his certifications to ensure that he has the most current information to be the best at what he does. The reports are clear, easy to read, and delivered quickly.I would not trust anyone else with our home inspection needs.
