Air Flow Designs came out on a service call today when we realized our AC wasn’t cooling properly. We have a service contract and this is one of the things we are glad we do. Our technician Ben W. came out within a few hours, he was extremely efficient and friendly. He went right to work and had the issue resolved quickly. Thanks Air Flow!

I started calling for a service appointment @ 8:00 am. Got voice-mail repeatedly until about 8:50 am someone finally answered. They quickly made me an appointment for the same day. Serviceman Phillip showed up on time, quickly determined the issue and explained what was needed for the repair.After I approved, he effected the repair in a timely fashion.
