Coming from up North I knew NOTHING about well water or filtration. We bought a new construction home. The contractor used a well drilling company to put in a filtration system. Had nothing but problems from day 1. Finally got smart and called Affordable Water, the BEST filtration company in Jacksonville. Mark came out and diagnosed the problem right away.He took water samples. First off he advised me to install a water softener.Which is beneficial for your appliances to last longer. Jim came out and gave me an estimate, he was very knowledgeable on the equipment the company installs and even helped me locate my main water shut off that was buried by the previous owners. Overall, the company (and Jim!) have been very responsive, friendly and great to work with
