I am in a rental and I have to specific and request Dee and I do every time because he knows well systems inside and out and can tell you how the last person screwed it up! Always makes sure my family is taken care of. Whatever you spend, his company is worth it!
5 Stars Plus. Incredible Company. Our Pump died Wednesday evening, Called WellDr & Associates that evening. D was here next day at noon. D accessed the situation, explained what had happened and had our water back on in a couple of hours. We are very very pleased with WellDr and associates. D, the Technician is quite knowledge and pretty amazing. We Highly recommend this company .
Dee was a hard worker and had to work in tight quarters on a very hot day this summer. He diagnosed our irrigation problem as a faulty well pump, and we gave the ok to install a new one. Once installed, we still had a problem with the pump not shutting off automatically. He told us we had an electrical problem, so we settled up with him. We were surprised by how expensive the pump was, but maybe that is how much they cost nowadays.
