Even though the technician we get is always different, I always know that we're going to get the best service. They were the company that installed R HVAC when the house was built. And we have stayed with them and have them come out and do service twice a year. Definitely a top night's organization.
We have called on A-1Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration several times and they have not failed. Most recently for a broken garbage disposal that had our sink backed. Up A-1 sent a tech out within an hour. He had to replace the old unit and did do in a timely manner. They have great customer service. They figured out the problem that no one else could in over eight months. Although they had to order a part that delayed …. A as they were outstanding. I can’t say the same for American home shield.
