I have always wanted to try boxing and to pick it up consistently. It is kickboxing plus some strength, weights, and abs - I really love how it's structured. Tamiya is awesome at what she does!

Love, love, love 9Round New Berlin! I searched for a fitness location to call home, and knew I’d hit the jackpot when stumbling across this gem. I love the ability to drop in and sweat when I want without being restricted to class times, and the community of fellow patrons and the owners is one of a kind. I actually look forward to the sweating and soreness after a session here!
