coming to Florida for a two month vacation my biggest fear was finding a gym that was hardcore and similar to my gym back in ny. while Hunting for gyms close by I found this amazing gym. I couldn’t believe how it was just like my gym back home but even cleaner. tons of old school bodybuilding equipment and a super friendly staff and environment. couldn’t have asked for a better home gym while down here. shoutout to the owner brad for giving me the best hospitality and treatment while visiting, it’s gonna be sad to stop training here once I leave ina few weeks. if you guys are in the jax area and love to bodybuild and powerlift, COME HERE
Had an amazing experience at EnerGYM, has a wide range of machines to use that are in a good shape and HUGE space, never got to wait perform any excercise. They have great monthly and weekly deals if you are travelling. I got bored of anytime fitness, would recommend over it or any other gym I have recently been in. 10/10!
Great gym atmosphere! Plenty of great changes being made including new equipment and updated interior and exterior. Logan a personal trainer there has helped me with plenty of fitness goals
