I have been coming here since March and I love it! The environment is exactly what I was looking for. It is a very motivating place to work out as everyone is putting in work! I like how the cardio is away from the main weight training areas. It allows you to lock in and focus. If you like weight training or are looking to get into it, I recommend this gym. Very happy I joined.

This is an awesome gym! The equipment, staff, classes, and personal fitness training are top notch! The owner Jay is very nice, as are the front desk staff that I’ve met so far - Brittany and Gerard. My personal trainer John is absolutely incredible! After six weeks of training sessions with him in a separate room with a ton of equipment, I have lost several inches all over. Highly recommend this gym and look forward to going there every time I go! And if you need training, John can help you reach your fitness goals!!!
