Franz has the unique ability to provide the perfect workout! I leave feeling tired, strong and the next day I am the right amount of sore to prove I did it! Do yourself a favor and get stronger working out with Franz.
Frantz is cool af. I was down there from Michigan and stayed at the air BnB with my lady. He let me use the gym for a donation to the Haitians that need help. He had the things i needed to get a good workout on. Keep up the good work brudda and may peace and blessing be with you all the days!
Frantz is an amazing trainer and deeply cares about the safety and fitness of his clients. He offers flexible times and works around injuries. I've been working out with him for three years and think he does a great job. I love the personalized atmosphere of the boutique gym and his fitness regimes he offers. I have recommended him to a lot of friends!
