I called and needed someone to help me with getting my keys out of my car after locking them in , and they were in the ignition so I went on line and after calling several company's ,I called Preferred and they had somebody out here with in10 minutes. It just so happened that Jacob was on his way to another job and I was on the way. After he got here he had the door opened with in less than a minute. I would recommend this company to anybody that has issues with the locks. I also want to mention that the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and professional. These guys are top notch professionals that go the extra mile for their customers every time. I’ve been using them for years for both business and personal. Dan & Jacob have helped me out of jams countless times and usually within the hour. These are men of integrity that care about their customers.

I had locked my keys in my work truck Sunday evening and Preferred Locksmith didn’t hesitate to come out and help me out. He arrived quicker than I expected and was a cool dude. Had my door unlocked before I could explain why I’m an idiot. Haha. Great experience, Great Company. Glad I could support a local business!
