“I called and needed someone to help me with getting my keys out of my car after locking them in , and they were in the ignition so I went on line and after calling several company's ,I called Preferred and they had somebody out here with in10 minutes. It just so happened that Jacob was on his way to another job and I was on the way. After he got here he had the door opened with in less than a minute. I would recommend this company to anybody that has issues with the locks. I also want to mention that the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and professional. I would have mentioned her name but I forgot to ask but the date of my service call was on 10/20/2023 around 9:45am.I also want to mention that there service call was very affordable and they did not take advantage of me in my situation .Thank You, Yours Truly Bill Busby“
