The office was completely packed and staff was working hard to serve customers. A customer came in and began causing a scene and Emily and Shelby handled themselves calmly and professionally even though the customer was extremely rude and disrespectful. Kudos to the staff for keeping their composure while still making sure every customer was taken care of.

I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Dr.Day was very nice after the exam I didn't need a new prescription only glasses since mine are 4 years old and in rough shape and they did not try and get me to buy anything I did not want. So I am very pleased with them. Pat S.

I have neglected going to an eye doctor for a long time and a coworker recommended Opti-Mart. I am very grateful that they did because I need glasses. I was very impressed with all of the staff. Dr. Day is amazing. He is very candid and honest which I really appreciate and he thoroughly explained the tests and what he was seeing in plain English and didn't use medical terminology. Danielle was very helpful while I picked out my glasses and patiently explained the lens options and prices. I will update when I get my glasses, but I highly recommend this location.
