Great staff and customer service. I walked into the optical center looking to get my frames adjusted, because I thought I had bent them. It turned out, that the lens were so scratched that , I couldn't see they were the issue.I did not realize I had a month left to go on my warranty.A very nice lady looked that up and said, we will take care of this.About a week and a half later. [mind you I had perception lens with progressive lens and auto tinting].I recieve a call from Steve just after 4 pm and said my lens were in, if I could come in shortly , he would put them in that day. Fantastic staff, service and easy to make appointments.
