“Both of my parents died in 2026, 40 days apart. They had chosen Williams Thomas as their funeral home, and my brother and I were so grateful they did.

We worked with Funeral Director Margaret Dickens. She was professional and competent, while also making us feel we were with a warm, caring, and supportive friend. We had a lot of decision points for both parents, in a short time frame, and Margaret skillfully helped us through them all. We also encountered some family behavior that created unexpected complications to the burial arrangements. Margaret and her team handled these complications with patience and grace until all was resolved satisfactorily.

Since both my brother and I lived out of state, the funeral home was able to meet with us virtually when needed, including working with us from a distance around casket selection. Furthermore, Margaret went the extra mile to ensure all of our requests about how our mother and father were to be buried were handled with the utmost attention to detail. I was also comforted to know I could reach Williams Thomas by phone, or get a timely call back, any day of the week, any hour of the day.
