Very professional, answered all questions honestly and compassionately, as I was not prepared for the death of my brother. I was located in another state yet he took the time to explain all the processes and the costs. I filled out all of the paperwork online through the McGan Cremation Service LLC website which was amazing and very easy! After submitting the information, I received via email copies of everything within minutes. Excellent experience with this company!

My mother passed away in Florida. I am her daughter and I live in Massachusetts. Mr. McGan was wonderful to me and he helped me through the process of taking care of my mother. He was very kind to me and my family in our time of grief.
