She sat down with us and I was able to tell her a few behavioral concerns I had. She assured me that she would keep me updated. I felt super comfortable leaving Yoshi with her. As promised she kept me updated on his behavior and understood when he needed play breaks in between and the result was proof in her work. She was able to get a full groom in-yay! “I recently had my dog groomed at 2 Divas by Alicia, my dog is not the easiest or nicest for grooming an has been turned away by 3 other local shops,but Alicia still welcomed us and was super sweet to Gus,I don’t know how she did it but for the first time in a year my dog was not only able to be fully groomed but he was happy at pick up and not stressed like he has been in the past she even was able to cut his nails. I highly recommend 2 Divas,her prices are great and she is amazing with the dogs especially the scared ones.“

“I have been going to this animal hospital for years. I've tried other places but I like how they really show they love animals. I had to put my elderly cat to sleep and they were extremely kind. I called and explained my cats symptoms and they had me in within 12 hrs. When they had to tell me he wouldn't make it they allowed me to take him home and let my family say goodbye. When I went back they allowed me to stay with him and comfort him while they administered the meds. After they sent me a sympathy card.Several months later I had to take my other car in for a checkup and they inquired about how we were all doing since Sonny passed. They really treat the whole family with kindness.“

“Although I did love Dr St John, the new vet, Dr A and staff have transformed the former VERY cluttered, crowded, and dark space, into a clean, bright, beautiful space. Prices have increased quite a bit, but are in line with other vets in the area. You would HAVE to expect that when a new owner takes over a decades-old practice. You can obviously see that the money is not lining anyone's pockets - it is going toward the practice. I am very happy with Dr A and staff and am confident they are taking good care of the patients in their care. My senior yorkie is well loved and cared for there. Most of the poor reviews are about cost. Is that really the measurement you're going to use for a vet's quality and expertise? Shouldn't medical professionals make money? Should they spend YEARS and a great deal of money becoming a vet and then not expect to recoup anything from their efforts? C'mon. (I'm POSITIVE Dr St John didn't spend a tiny fraction of what Dr A had to spend on her education!) In your review, just say "I can't afford to take my pet here." There's no need to bash the practice because it doesn't line up with your budget. I have been going to this practice for over 20 years with all of my dogs. I was happy with Dr. St John and I am happy with Dr A and staff as well. By the way, I was not asked to write a review, and I am not friends with or related to anyone there either. I happened to be looking up the phone number and saw the poor reviews on Google. I know how poor reviews can affect a business.“
