A Very Important Pet

Had a miscommunication when dropping my Golden's off for grooming. The owner upon hearing about the mix up went above and beyond to resolve the issue. My girls came out looking great!Wish more business owners took as much pride in customer satisfaction as this one does! ?

Today was our first time using AVIP and we are hooked. Our dog is 5 and has high anxiety so he is always a challenge to groom. He had the best groom he's ever had.. We are so happy. Thank you guys for being patient and prompt with my baby Jax.

They are excellent groomers. My dog has special needs she has a brain disorder. I've taken her to quite a few groomers and they've had her 5 minutes and call me to come back and get her. They said she was too bad for them to groom. You see she shakes a lot and her nerve endings on her back are very very sensitive. However at very important pets they took her they was so good with her and they did an excellent job. I just thank God that my daughter found a very important pet. You see when my dog's here gets a little long it upsets her nerve endings and she shakes and chews and pulls her hair out but since I've been going to very important pets that problem is been alleviated...read full review
