Our AC unit suddenly started making loud rattling noises and wasn’t cooling as well during a hot week. We called for service and the technician arrived promptly. He carefully diagnosed a worn-out blower motor bearing, loose belt, and slightly low refrigerant from a minor leak. He explained the issues clearly, provided honest repair vs. replace options, and handled the fixes efficiently with quality parts. He cleaned the coils while he was there, recharged the system, balanced everything, and ran full performance tests. UV light installation was something I decided to do to help with air quality and mold prevention. Along with a full HVAC clean, the UV light was installed inside the system to kill bacteria and prevent future mold growth. This extra layer of protection made me feel much more confident about my indoor air.
Sean came out to repair an outer wall that suffered water damage. In the middle of the job, Sean and I were discussing the quality of work that some jobs get. As I looked over his shoulder, I was totally impressed with the high quality of work that he was doing. His pride in work was clear to see.
