Called at 8am and Scott answered and set up a same day appointment. The guys were right on time. They were great answering all my questions. They were done in record time even though it was sprinkling on them at the time. Excellent company.
What a terrific pair of young men came to fix my AC unit today. They gave me a thorough run down of how the system works and what went wrong this time, and also gave me pointers how to protect the outside unit.
Jarret and Tyler are tremendous ambassadors for the Small Air company. They are diligent and earnest in their work and the customer service quality they provide is second to none.

Scott and the team at Smal Air are always fantastic. We've had them out a number of times over the years, but was overly impressed with their service this past week. Scott was punctual for the appointment we scheduled, was able to pinpoint our system's problems and let us know our different options in clear, easy to understand terms.
When we opted to replace our aged system, scheduling was prompt, and Jarret and Tyler did a fantastic job of putting in the new system. Very down to Earth, personable people who know what they're doing. The price, as always with Smal Air was entirely reasonable and clearly communicated ahead of time.
