Excellent service. Our AC wasn't blowing cold air. Nick from Alligator Air came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue quickly, called Lenox to confirm it was under warranty, and secured the right part locally. Now here's the kicker... He wouldn't have been able to do the install for 2 days but was humble enough to refer the business to another company, transfer the part hold and get me connected with them to do the work same-day, all at the cost of a basic service call (which I thought was very reasonable). Nick was right on the money keeping his word from “start to finish.” The first tech came, then my new AC unit was delivered followed by the second tech and then Nick came with product while all three worked diligently in the heat of the day (95’) to finish up! Three working days beforehand he told me I’d have air that day, and I did by early afternoon. This impeccable organization isn't common nowadays and needless to say their professionalism shines like the Florida sun! This is exactly what I look for in a contractor; witnessing this was a pleasure! Thanks guys.

I wanted to wait a while before I put in the review because I wanted to provide honest feedback. My installation was completed in November of 2025. It is now April of 2026.
Nick is incredibly knowledgable, provided a new Heat Pump and Air Handler with electric heat, sized properly for my home. The old unit was from the 70s. It worked, but it was sucking so much electricity, and it would never get below 75 in my living spaces, especially when I had company over.
