“We’ve had an amazing experience with this therapy center! The level of care and professionalism is truly outstanding. Every therapist we’ve worked with is highly experienced, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping our children succeed. Both of our children receive their therapy here, as well as their ABA, their RBT goes to school the year, the center and home. When school is out they are able to accommodate the RBT with a personal area of their own to work independently or work in the open play areas with other ABA patients and their RBT.

The front desk staff is equally impressive—always welcoming, organized, and knowledgeable, and very understanding. Their scheduling reminders are a life saver & are so easy.

It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about the families they serve.

“Dr. Charles at the Miami Beach location worked with my son for several weeks. My son had a dislocated his knee, he also had a small fracture. Dr. Charles was really fantastic, worked with him on strengthening, balance, movement and restoration practices. Not only did we see a great improvement, but my son actually enjoyed spending the time in physical therapy. He felt that Dr. Charles was nice, not pushy and respectful. ASR was a clean and calm space, it was also very easy to schedule the appointments. Everyone there was very welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Charles as well as ASR overall.“

“I have been dealing with an uncommon problem in the pec after a previous shoulder surgery for many years. Before starting sessions at Symmetry, I often felt that my main problem and goals were not fully understood at other PT facilities.

When I switched to Symmetry, the difference was like night and day. One thing I really appreciated was that they understood that my near-perfect arm range of motion was never the main issue for me. It is refreshing to feel that my symptoms are being understood, instead of feeling assumptions are being made based on my ability to lift my arm all the way up.

I am working with Dr. Jose Paloma, and he is amazing. He asks thoughtful questions because he genuinely wants to understand how I’m feeling, and he tailors the treatment accordingly instead of treating every patient the same. He is very knowledgeable and explains what may be going on in my case. This gives clearer direction for treatment.

Everyone is so kind. The owner, Natalia, came over to introduce herself during a treatment which I thought was so nice and reassuring. Lissette, the office manager, has been very welcoming from the start and has checked in after treatments.

The one-on-one sessions with the Doctor of Physical Therapy really make a huge difference and give me a much greater sense of genuine care.
