I had a great experience. Everyone on the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Jonathan Alicea was very knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to understand my pain and make sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Propel Physical Therapy is a wonderful facility! It’s simply nice, clean and very neat. I love the welcoming and friendly environment. My therapists were Rafael and Jonathan. Both have passion for what they do and not just that ! Have compassion for their patients. They truly care. Both are amazing and very knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns regarding pain in my knee. They clearly explain and continuously re-assess my progress and pain in my knee. I’m mostly working with Rafael.
