In my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, I experienced lower back and hip pain that made walking difficult. Austin’s targeted stretches alleviated my pain and helped me remain physically active until the end of pregnancy.
Austin was so amazing in helping me heal from a knee injury. With only 2 sessions, he completely transformed the way that my muscles were working together (all the way from my hip to my toes) to alleviate all pain that I was having.
