She explained everything thoroughly, provided clear next steps, and gave thoughtful recommendations regarding ongoing hair care and maintenance. She consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

The detangling process was completely pain-free, even though I am very tender-headed. The braiding process was also extremely comfortable — I barely felt her braiding at all. The braid pattern she created was perfect and thoughtfully done in a way that allows me to continue wearing my wigs comfortably and naturally.

“Michael is the absolute best, truly gifted at what he does. I always look and feel like a million bucks when I leave the salon. I am not an easy client because I get antsy and have a hard time sitting still. Michael is very patient and the salon staff is very friendly and professional. Just THE BEST !!

I had a true *hair emergency* (ladies IYKYK) and he found the time to help me even though he was busy trying to prepare for a trip out of town.
