Had my first appointment with Cicely today. I had not had a salon experience like this in a very long time. Cicely is professional and very personable and she cares about the integrity of the hair. Cicely is a sweet angel and miracle worker. I know her for a bit more than I year now and it was my first time going to her because I was letting my hair grow from a bad haircut. I told her I will go to her when I was ready and I did. I am in awe of her amazing work. Not everyone knows to cut my curl texture. She just gave me the best cut I have had in years my movement is back and even the color looks so much better with that cut and style. My curls are perfect now!!! She is the best!!!
