Cicely is a rare gem! She is a very talented professional! I've had several hairstylists in my years, but she is by far the best I've had. Cicely is a warm and beautiful, kind person. She took time to ask me what kind of cut I was looking for. I wanted a short hairstyle, growing out my hair for the last year. It made me feel old and I was frustrated that I couldn't do anything with it. Cicely gave me one of the best hair cut I've ever had!! I highly recommend her, and I will definitely become a regular client of hers.
Cicely is da bomb. Idk what's in them cabinets but its the good shit! Ive been twice now, and her customer experience is 10/10! Always personable, funny. She is a true hair educator. Amazing amazing!
