“Maria had a bad experience because Maria walked in to Elite Hair Alternatives with an entitled attitude. When she asked for the owner she was speaking to the owner. She told the owner that he wasn’t the owner. The owner, Richard, then had to tell Maria three times that yes, he was, indeed, the owner. Maria’s face was filled with disgust. Her attitude was beyond rude. The way she approached the new owner of the establishment was atrocious. She was also informed by the owner that the business she walked in to was a “no walk ins” business. She didn’t like being told that she wasn’t welcome in our shop. The owner didn’t follow her to her car. The owner of the business was walking to the dumpster after having to deal with Maria’s atrocious attitude. Maria proceeded to tell the owners that she was going to buy the business before us but decided not to. Maria was told she wasn’t welcome because Maria listed names of clients that stopped attending the business when our family took the whole operation over from the previous owner.
Now Maria thinks it’s a good idea to slander a business that she wasn’t welcome to walk in to in the first attempt. Our shop is a no walk ins business. Maria should have been respectful that in her presence was the new owner of the company that happens to be a man. Maria is being bitter online because she wasn’t welcome in to our new business. Maria didn’t get followed out. The owner carried the trash he was previously going to take down to the dumpster before Maria barged in to our business demanding to speak to someone about a job.
