We had a great experience! Our daughter is autistic and struggles with self care, so her hair has become extremely matted. Miss Penny treated her and her hair with compassion and respect. She worked tirelessly to save as much of her hair as possible and made her look great at the end. Ask of the other stylist interactions I observed were the same. This is a great location with competent, caring stylists!
My son is typically ok with getting his haircut but today…. He chose violence and they were so patient and kind to him and to me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with the staff.
