My experience was flawless, check-in was immediate, I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen (I was 15 minutes early). The initial examiner (I didn't get her name) was very nice and professional. The initial exam steps were easily understood and all the equipment looked brand new and exam rooms in excellent condition. The interaction/exam with Dr. Sieboldt couldn't have been better. He was incredibly friendly, professional and took the time to answer every question thoroughly but in a way that was easily understood. While picking out frames, the person that assisted me (I didn't get her name) was just as friendly and professional as everyone else. There was no push to buy anything and every option was explained clearly. Overall the experience was great, truthfully it didn't feel like a traditional doctor's visit; everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. I watched the staff interact with much younger patients and I could see they were equally kind and accommodating to their younger patients as well.
