Nothing short of amazing. The staff was very informative and kept me up to date with everything going on while my dog was in the ICU as well as during his surgery and recovery. They went the extra mile to save my dog. The staff cared about my Thor just as if he was their's.

This is an amazing place. Great for pets and parents alike. They care about you and your pet like no other pet hospital. If you need care for your pet, emergency or routine, make the trio to this hospital. I could not recommend this place more.

Everyone knows the stress when your beloved companion is diagnosed with a serious ailment. Looking everywhere to find the right medical care because she needed care only found in one place in Florida. Thankfully, within a week we were doing a consultation on a Monday and surgery on Tuesday. The staff at the University of Florida acted quickly, professionally and compassionately in providing the best care for my Boudica. They clearly informed me of her diagnosis, options and risks involved with surgery, but I was confident enough to proceed with her treatment.
