I brought my Australian Shepherd in for an infected toenail. The staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Schaedel was so gentle with Cosmo, but also thorough. We have a plan going forward and I will return after a round of antibiotics. I feel confident in the care that Cosmo is receiving.
This office is so very conveniently located (less than 1 mile!) but if everyone we've worked with in the office wasn't so exceptionally good and caring, I'd still be driving out to Jonesville.
Our 8 month old rescued Cocker Spaniel had previously gotten care at NAH and we experienced our first visit. It was a top notch experience, at all levels (facilities, vet tech, doctor and staff). We got a detailed visit notice emailed and needed a medication pickup. The staff helped us administer first dose and even offered that we can come back if we run into problems. I am super happy and will continue his care there.
