The staff at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home did an outstanding job coordinating and carrying out end-of-life ceremonies for my brother. Our family situation was challenging as I, the next-of-kin, live nearly a thousand miles away, and final requests and arrangements were lengthy. The staff provided the necessary preparations for a medical science donation and then later, transport to a national cemetery with arrangements for a military funeral. The staff at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home was available and helpful every step of the way. I deeply appreciate the guidance they provided me, and the respect and honor they showed my brother in his passing.

We worked with Funeral Director Margaret Dickens. She was professional and competent, while also making us feel we were with a warm, caring, and supportive friend. We had a lot of decision points for both parents, in a short time frame, and Margaret skillfully helped us through them all. We also encountered some family behavior that created unexpected complications to the burial arrangements.
