Chestnut Funeral Home took care of all the arrangements perfectly for my loved one whose funeral was set to be in another state. All the arrangements from the transportation to and from the airports both in Gainesville and out of town, all the shipping details to fly my loved one home, to the attendant access in both airports, to getting the casket and clothing desired to make sure my loved one looked positively memorable went so well. They were caring, patient, and helpful as expected. The attention to detail, personalizing the service, appearance, and care, and making sure all of the services were what was desired just made this an easy process for a difficult moment.

We used Chestnut Funeral Home for my grandfather's services in 2000, so the only funeral home to choose for my grandmother's passing was also Chestnut. They handled everything with such care and compassion. There was some difficulty reaching them initially but they addressed the issue right away.
