“My husband and I had been trying to get our master bath remodeled since 2020 when the pandemic hit. It was a long time coming finding Steve Padgett owner of All construction and remodeling LLC. He was sent by God; I kid you not. I started out by calling several contractors I will not give them any advertisement because they do not deserve any, their prices ranged from 45K-60k. When I received the 60k price I took that as you really don’t want the job. I said to that company, “I know I could get a whole new bathroom added to the house for this price.” The guy said yes you probably could. I finally decided to try this site that puts you in contact with several contractors called buildzoom. I received a few responses, and I responded back but only one guy called me and set up a time to come view the job his name is Steve. He was on time and listen to what I wanted and gave me a fair price for the job. He sent over his quote/contract the very next day. When it came to the contract, I had a few areas of concern and he adjust things to keep me happy. Steve set a start date and when he figured out, he would be a day late on starting he called and informed me. 02/22/2023 Steve came out and got started he has been focused and, on the job, none stop sunup to sundown. He has not said oh I have to go check on this other project. He has paid attention to details that I didn't even think of, and he has always asked me what I would like and explained the chooses and differences. I am so pleased with Steve’s work ethic I do plan on hiring him for several other projects that we have planned soon. 3/07/2023 Update: Steve requested a few days off due to his family coming into town for Gator Nationals. He is due back Tuesday morning. Steve was so concerned about leaving the job unfinished he added some special details to our project (no additional charge) and he made sure one shower head worked so we could use the shower while he was away. My husband wanted to wait until the shower was completely done before we use it and I agreed. Well, it's 3/14th and Steve is back at it this morning. Today is 03/23/2023 and the job is 98% complete tomorrow will be the day that all is done. I am so pleased with my new walk-in shower. “I had a very good experience with this company. Jed is very good at quickly responding and being available, as well as showing up and getting the job done, and has a calm and educated demeanor. The company was there onsite the first day to mitigate and repair the sewer/flood damage. And once the insurance company finally did their job, within days the drywall, mud work, door, baseboard, trim and paint were finished. Paul also was very easy to access, responsive and helpful. I recommend.“

“We remodeled most of our kitchen (soffit removal, cabinets and countertops) using simple living. While shopping around, Kyle was refreshingly upfront about the costs, and was providing helpful and unbiased advices. Their prices were also very competitive, quoting more than $10,000 under the price of local competitors. Once the cabinets were delivered, the installation was handled in a professional manner, with all efforts expanded to limit the unavoidable delays to the strict minimum. The end result is simply gorgeous, and everything was delivered as expected or beyond. The only word of caution would be that only minimal electrical work is included in the standard quote, and any extra gets charged quite a bit by their electrical contractor. Nevertheless, with their professionalism and their fair pricing, I fully recommend simple living for kitchen remodeling.Service: Remodeling“
