The customer service is beyond nice. These folks go out of their way to make sure you are working within your budget. Our builder gave us a ridiculously low budget, so it was a true challenge. They did their best. We choose our flooring and off we went.
Months later, the crew laid the tile in the house. It is perfect with the exception of the laundry room floor. I am not sure where the disconnect came in but the laundry room floor (white with blue designs) had a hideous glue type substance on it. FD Tile and Flooring Supply was recommended to us by our contractor. My husband and I visited the store and were assisted by Carol, who was extremely helpful, caring and patient with us. She helped us select the tiles for our shower as well as the flooring. Not only that, she spent time in recommending the color of the grout as well. We spent close to 2 hours in the store and were completely impressed with the assistance provided to us.
This is a family run business and I recommend it to all who are in need of personalized tile service.
