I asked them for the Area Rug pick up service to clean my favorite 8 x 10. They said it would take 2 -3 weeks. 6 weeks later I had not heard a word so I called. They had it and it was ready; nice. The rug looks good and they got out the only stain it had. Unfortunately their machines poked a couple of small holes clean through my rug from the bottom up. I haven't said anything because I don't want anything from them. I'm just a little disappointed in the lack of customer service by not calling when it was ready and if they had inspected the rug they would have seen the holes for sure. I say Use at Your Own Risk.
I have never ben happier with any company than I have been with Restoration Specialists. Any educated person knows that caulking will develop cracks, that is part of it's properties.
