It has been a long wait and frustrating experience for many of us who signed contracts with Tanner Construction —- and no doubt for them as well. They were new to Charlotte County and had many unanticipated county hoops to jump through, issues with local crews they hired and an unscrupulous local roofer to deal with. I am impressed by their communication through the whole process, their honesty about the difficulties they were having and their commitment to deliver what they had promised. They handled my frustration and the delays professionally and calmly. Every phone call, text and email was promptly returned. Every question was answered.
