Their team, led by John, offers honest and unbiased advice, providing customers with choices and timely solutions. This company was good onces. I canceled with them months ago and still getting billed. I've called, text and emailed them so many times no reply. I didn't want to leave a review but might be the only way to get ahold of them.
We have used this company for years. It was a good reliable business before it was sold or under new management and not John. They cannot be reached by phone and it is a constant busy signal. They are no longer dependable and do not stick to any schedule when the actually did come to service my pool. I am going to have to find a new company. It was suggested I go in person to manage my account and then just find another company that is reliable and does not take their business phone off the hook so the customer receives a busy signal.
They did not come to my pool for over a month which cost me over $500 to repair. They still owe me a refund of 2 months ($470).The owner Brady has made several promises of which none were kept. You can get an idea of the owner's character by looking at his public arrest record. Stay away from this company!
