“We remodeled most of our kitchen (soffit removal, cabinets and countertops) using simple living. While shopping around, Kyle was refreshingly upfront about the costs, and was providing helpful and unbiased advices. Their prices were also very competitive, quoting more than $10,000 under the price of local competitors. Once the cabinets were delivered, the installation was handled in a professional manner, with all efforts expanded to limit the unavoidable delays to the strict minimum. The end result is simply gorgeous, and everything was delivered as expected or beyond. The only word of caution would be that only minimal electrical work is included in the standard quote, and any extra gets charged quite a bit by their electrical contractor. Nevertheless, with their professionalism and their fair pricing, I fully recommend simple living for kitchen remodeling.Service: Remodeling“

Tony came out to Alachua within a day of our request for an estimate and itemized the cost of cleaning sofas, tile and carpet. The next week, our cleaning was scheduled and completed efficiently and thoroughly and we were back in the house in a few hours. We were pleased with the results and happy to be able to have our old furniture and carpet look good enough to last a bit longer, til more supply chain and pandemic related issues are resolved. What a transformation of our formerly drab small bathroom, which had practically no storage space and no aesthetic appeal. Now it looks Fantastic, and it has ample, efficient storage space (see below). Heather Stephens is a Fabulous consultant and designer. Our consultations yielded a sleek & modern look that I could never have envisioned on my own. Her eye for color is spot-on, and that skill plus her design made a small space look (and feel) Much roomier. It was also a pleasure working with the craftsmen who built and installed the new shower and custom cabinetry. I love showing off the results to friends. Mostly, I love having this beautiful design and craftwork in our home every day.“
