“After months of back and forth with another plumber and my mgt company, two men from Empire showed up 20 mins earlier than the window we had agreed on (which I would prefer over being late, just be mindful of that and get dressed. Lol), and breezed through the repair in about a half hour!!

The previous plumber said there’d need to be a building water shutdown, which is an extra headache as a renter in a condo community. These guys did it by just turning off the water servicing my unit.
