Have had great experience there I would say it’s one of the best options for yoga in the area and the teachers there really care about what they do and help you wherever your at in your practice some hot yoga places I’ve been to have a pushy or judge mental vibe.but this is very chill and open while still giving the structure and oomf to get you feeling great I would recommend it

Had an amazing hot yoga session with our instructor shelby. She was inviting and kind and left us with a wonderful poem setting a positive tone for the rest of my day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a awesome experience.

Wonderful instructors and the heat is great for a good stretch. Decently priced as well. My gripes about this place is the cleanliness and size of it. When they can manage, they either need to get a bigger place, or cap off the class size..during this height of covid returns and monkey pox cases, I just really don’t want to be touching sweat with the person next to me because we’re all on top of each other for the sake of making room..also, the black mat of the room is FILTHY. It doesn’t help that it’s porous so I can’t imagine it gets cleaned well.
