I was pleased with the quality of the installation of the air conditioner. I was also pleased at the fact that Mike went online to find a unit that would work for me since there were none in the local area. At initial start up it would not cool as well as expected so Shawn, along with a technician on the phone, figured out what the problem was and replaced the part even though the only issue was a small bit of sodder blocking an orifice in that part. Been Cooling very well since then. I was also satisfied with the price that I got after comparing it with other Companies. I would recommend Warnky Heating and Cooling to anyone that asked me.

Had a service company come out and told me that I needed to replace my whole system so I called Warnky Heating and cooling for a second opinion and their tech Sean was able to figure out the problem with a repair that cost $5,000 less then what the other company wanted to charge me to replace my system. Highly recommend this company to whoever needs A/C service. Also the gentlemen answering the phone in the office Mike was a great introduction to using this company! Highly recommend.
