Unbelievable customer service. I came in from out of town in a bind and the staff not only made sure I was taking care of but went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. They knew I was out of town and knew I would probably never be back to the area and that didn’t stop the excellent customer service. Melissa started it off with compassion and kindness followed by Luis’ expertise. This is the place where I want to take my family and wish there was more customer service like this out there.

Lena went above and beyond to take care of me and provide me with everything I needed. I happened to stop in one day just to get my glasses tightened. I ended up getting a brand new pair under my protection plan and she did everything possible to help me with that process and make sure I was leaving happy. I live about 30 minutes away where I do have a Target Optical nearby, but decided to come back to get my new pair here just because of Lena’s amazing service!
