From start to finish could not be happier with Justin and his crew. Everything went as smooth as possible .Resolute handled all permits and inspections flawlessly. The crew showed up in the morning as promised and had roof down to plywood and weather protected the same day with new drip edge. The first inspection was scheduled for the following day and the day after new shingles were installed. Our roof had a flat area over the rear of the house and the roll roofing was tied in to the peaked set and it looks great. When the crew was finished the cleanup was spot on. I could not be happier with the job Resolute did and my hats off to Justin and crew for working in the heat. The attention to detail was evident when even the vent pipes were painted to match the roof. I would reccomend Resolute roofing to anyone in need of a new roof and have already had neighbors saying what a beautiful job they did. Once again 5 stars to Resolute and crew... a beautiful job and might I say a very fair price for the excellent reroof on our house .
Resolute was a great company to work with. They are 100% customer focused and the customer service is top notch. Navigating needing a roof replacement can be confusing and frustrating, but the folks at Resolute were there for me through the whole process and always willing to answer my million questions quickly, thoroughly and without judgement. Not to mention my roof looks amazing! The crew finished the job quickly and efficiently once my tiles arrived. I’ve heard horror stories of other companies basically stealing your insurance claim, but Resolute is in it for the customers. In my opinion they are honest, trustworthy and run their business with integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you choose resolute you will be taken care of, start to finish!
They did 4 roofs for me after Hurricane Ian. Great communication and customer service. I highly recommend using them if you need a new roof!
