I started seeing stains on my bedroom ceiling in my townhome, so I called this company to take a look at the roof and give me an estimate for repairs. Expecting the worse, I was very surprised when Bob Alex called me to let me know there was a small hole where the water was leaking into and it was an easy fix! He was able to take care of it same day. Very honest and friendly. He could have easily told me I was going to have to do some major repair and replacement and I wouldn’t know any difference. I will definitely be giving him a call should I need any future repairs to my roof!!

Crown was very responsive to my request for repair to a leak in my roof. This is my second time using Crown as they did warranty work on my home in 2017 as well.The crew was very professional and found the source of the leak in less than 20 minutes. The crew was able to repair the seam in my roof in about 8 hours. This included the careful stripping of my tiles and pulling away the damaged membrane.The only reason Crown is not getting 5 stars from me is that it took more than 10 days and a follow-up call from me to schedule the crew to put my tiles back in place. I called on Monday and the crew arrived on Wednesday to repair our roof. They wasted no time getting to work and completed the job that day. Thoroughly professional, courteous and very hard working. I couldn’t be more pleased with Crown Roofing — from the very first call to Brittney to finishing the repair Crown exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
