DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ARTIST!!! Our roof was repaired during the inspection process of purchasing our new home, 3 months ago. His "seal" on the roof failed which caused bubbling and mold in our ceiling. He refused to fix the damage, so I asked him to leave instead of remaining on my porch continuing to argue with me, as there was no longer a reason for him to be on my property if he was unwilling to uphold the warranty. He texted me upon leaving saying "Rude nasty person your warranty is now void".
