“I had a total knee replacement in mid-March and have been going to Fitness Quest for my physical therapy since the beginning of April. I had my final appointment this morning. For the first few weeks I saw different therapists at each visit just due to taking appointments that were convenient based on my work schedule. Each of the therapists that I worked with gave me great exercises and stretches to add to my at home routine. My leg always felt better for the day after each session. For the last 2 months, I have been seeing Jeff. I did like working with the same therapist each week. It felt like he had a good chance to get to know my situation and my particular struggles. He was great at adjusting each session based on what was going on with my leg since our previous sessions. If you've had a joint replacement, you know the progress is not linear. There are definitely ups and downs. And he was equally helpful regardless of which stage of progress I was experiencing. I've had consistent improvement with Fitness Quest and am very happy with the service and care from the front desk to each of the therapists. I highly recommend.“
