“I have been working with a Doctor since 12/22 after a spinal fx to improve osteoporosis without bisphosphonates. At first my T scores continued to decline. In Dec. 2023 Spine was -4.1, L fem neck -2.6, Left hip -2.3. “Matt McGowan is a five star physical therapist. After multiple foot surgeries on both feet my surgeon/podiatrist recommended ReEnvision for physical therapy. Matt assessed my condition thru a battery of simple exercises and tests and decided to concentrate my therapy more towards balance than strength. We worked on various exercises on site and with at home exercises which he gave me. Towards the end of my time we worked on various pickleball moves which will allow me to return to the game. Note: my PT took place inside the LA Fitness location at Gulf Coast which allowed me to use any apparatus known to man to improve my fitness. Matt McGowan was a wonderful therapist and a super nice guy. I give him my highest recommendation.“
