Based on the reviews, Masters Designs does amazing work. The owner is a great guy who is very personable, professional, and a true expert. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, and a pleasure to conduct business with. The ladies working for him do an outstanding job. The work is impeccable. This place provides a high level of good ole customer service. They fixed a hook on a wedding dress, and it looks absolutely amazing. They hemmed jeans, and you cannot tell they were hemmed, with the same stitching as the manufacturer. They fixed a button on a suit jacket seamlessly and let out suit pants perfectly. A true expert with great customer service, this is the master when it comes to dry cleaning and alterations.
Gene was very professional, knowledgeable, & upfront with what was available for my hems, price differences, & timeline when pants would be ready for pickup. He always made me feel comfortable and appreciated :)
THE BEST! Literally don’t even waste your time going anywhere else! This whole team is magic and I couldn’t be any happier! I brought my maid of honor dress for my brother’s wedding here, it was huge, and it fits like a glove now! I’ll never go anywhere else for alterations!
