One Price Dry Cleaners Express Alterations

One Price Dry Cleaners Express Alterations is a trusted and affordable dry cleaning and alteration service in the area. They offer a wide range of services, including regular garment dry cleaning at a fixed price, express alterations such as hemming, zipper replacement, leather repairs, and suit adjustments. The business also provides wedding gown cleaning and preservation, as well as wash and fold services. Additionally, they clean and restore household items like area rugs, bedspreads, and draperies using eco-friendly dry cleaning methods.

Customers often praise the quality of work and the friendly staff, who are described as "amazing" and greet everyone with a smile. Many mention that the pricing for alterations, especially for men's pants, is reasonable. However, some recent experiences note that prices for dry cleaning are not always consistent with the website, which shows $5.99 per item but is charged $6.49 at the location. Customers have expressed frustration about this discrepancy and wish for the prices to be updated online.

The business is also known for its quick and easy pickup process. One customer shared that their girlfriend's dress with a broken zipper was repaired cheaply and perfectly, making them happy with the service. Another customer, who has frequented the establishment for three years since moving to Fort Myers, received a gift card after a damaged shirt but found that using the remaining balance as partial payment was not possible, which was disappointing.

Overall, One Price Dry Cleaners Express Alterations is a well-regarded business that provides reliable, affordable dry cleaning and alteration services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and eco-friendly practices.
